“ From what I gather, this location is under new management, and they are sincerely dedicated to turning the store's reputation around. Not only that, but THEY want to give everyone a great experience, which seems exceedingly hard to come by in a service industry where most employees are younger and not neccesarily ready and willing to go above and beyond. I needed a plain old ice cream cake, wasn't looking for anything special. I just wasn't expecting much, you go to "fast food" places and you're just a number. The manager encouraged me to make the cake more personal and even provided some really good suggestions for what I could do, things I hadn't even considered, not to upcharge me (because it DIDN'T cost extra), but just because he recognized an opportunity to make someone's day a little better and easier. They even whipped up a new cake for me in a few minutes so I could have exactly what we had come up with. I can't sing their praises enough - I've been to five star bougie restaurants and not had this level of personalized service. They were friendly and fast, and went well above and beyond. Thank you so much, guys (and girl)! ”
